I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Schulze Elementary School, where I am dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and academically rigorous environment for all students. Since beginning my career in education in 2005, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of instructional roles including classroom teacher and instructional coach. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in curriculum, instruction, and student-centered leadership.
I earned my Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University in 2017 and am currently completing my EdD in Educational Administration at the University of Texas at El Paso. I am deeply passionate about literacy and academic success for all students and I am looking forward to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and the community to ensure every child reaches their fullest potential.
In addition to my leadership role, I am a proud mother of three and grandmother, and I have also published a children’s book, reflecting my commitment to inspiring young readers. My goal each day is to empower students and staff through meaningful relationships, high expectations, and an unwavering belief in their ability to succeed.
